Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the TradeDeck (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a web-based trade journaling and analytics platform. It allows users to import trade data, analyze trading performance, and visualize trading activity. The Service is provided by TradeDeck LLC.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious files or code

When you import trade data via CSV, manual entry, or AI Snap Trade (screenshot parsing), you are responsible for the accuracy of that data. We never execute trades on your behalf. We never access your brokerage accounts directly.

You retain ownership of all trade data you import or enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner Whop. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests should be directed to support@tradedeck.io.

TradeDeck is a trade journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

All trade data, analytics, calculations, and insights provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trade at your own risk.

TradeDeck's AI-powered features, including AI Trade Coach and Daily Recap, are for informational and educational purposes only. They analyze your self-reported trade data to help identify patterns and performance trends.

Snap Trade uses AI to extract trade data from screenshots. Parsed data may contain errors due to image quality, formatting, or OCR limitations. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted data before saving. Trade screenshots submitted through Snap Trade are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and are subject to Anthropic's usage policy. Screenshots are not stored permanently after processing is complete.

These features do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TradeDeck LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
