Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the TradeDeck (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a web-based trade journaling and analytics platform. It allows users to import trade data, analyze trading performance, and visualize trading activity. The Service is provided by TradeDeck LLC.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Communications

By creating a TradeDeck account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account (such as password resets and trade confirmations), as well as product-related communications including weekly trading recaps, onboarding guides, and feature updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or through your Settings page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious files or code

When you import trade data via CSV, manual entry, or AI Snap Trade (screenshot parsing), you are responsible for the accuracy of that data. We never execute trades on your behalf. We never access your brokerage accounts directly.

You retain ownership of all trade data you import or enter into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Web subscriptions are processed through Whop. Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting your TradeDeck account does not cancel Apple billing. Access continues through the paid subscription period. Request refunds for Apple purchases through Apple. For web billing questions, contact support@tradedeck.io.

TradeDeck is a trade journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

All trade data, analytics, calculations, and insights provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trade at your own risk.

TradeDeck's AI-powered features, including Ollie (AI trading assistant) and his daily read, are for informational and educational purposes only. They analyze your self-reported trade data to help identify patterns and performance trends.

Snap Trade uses AI to extract trade data from screenshots. Parsed data may contain errors due to image quality, formatting, or OCR limitations. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted data before saving. Trade screenshots submitted through Snap Trade are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and are subject to Anthropic's usage policy. Screenshots are not stored permanently after processing is complete.

TradeDeck Pro lets you create personal API tokens and connect apps, such as AI assistants, to your journal. You choose what each token or app may do: read your journal, see screenshots, write (add and change records, never delete trades, fills or accounts), delete trades you choose (a separate permission; a deleted trade cannot be restored), and, for coaches, read students who granted access. A connected app asks your permission on a TradeDeck page that names the app and what it can do, and nothing is shared until you allow it.

Keep your tokens private: anyone who has one can use it with the access you gave it. You are responsible for the apps you connect and the requests made with your tokens. You can revoke a token or disconnect an app at any time in Settings, and tokens expire on the date you chose. Tokens are limited in how many requests they can make and pause while Pro is inactive. What an app or AI assistant does with your data is covered by its own terms and privacy policy, not TradeDeck's. How TradeDeck logs and keeps API requests is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

TradeDeck LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
