How to Import Trades from Rithmic (Step by Step)

Many prop firms run on Rithmic, including MyFundedFutures, TopOne, and other futures firms. The export path is usually through R Trader Pro reports. Pull executions or fills, select date range, and export CSV.

Rithmic files can include contract codes and short side labels that differ from retail broker exports. Before import, confirm symbol roots and side values match your journal mapper expectations.

If you trade several eval accounts, export each account separately and keep account ID columns. This makes it easier to preserve account-level analytics and avoid mixing results.

A common formatting issue is numeric separators in P&L or fee columns. If your importer fails on decimals, open the CSV in plain text and verify decimal dot format.

For quick same-day logging, screenshot confirmations and use Snap Trade. For end-of-week reconciliation, run CSV import to validate totals.

Always compare imported totals to your platform statement for the same date range. Small differences usually come from fees, partial fills, or timezone windows.
